I didn't receive your previous email, so I appreciate your sending me this one. I did have difficulty navigating and using the LawCrossing web site. I spent a long time struggling with it today. However, Cyrus at your Customer Services Group was very patient with me. He walked me through the basic process. So I believe I am now fully signed up, and at least able to do basic database searches. (I also had trouble with a password issue which was resolved by someone else in Customer Service). Both of these successful interventions occurred after you sent your second email so you would not have known about them when you sent it. I am now about to begin using the results of my first search of the current job listings. I'm feeling a lot better about it now. Thank you, and thanks to your Customer Service guys.
