Assist in handling a broad range of legal matters related to tax-exempt and taxable financings
Support senior attorneys on affordable housing and municipal bond transactions
Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct legal research and assist in preparing materials for closings and regulatory filings
Manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with legal teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions
Entry-level position; 2–3 years of relevant legal experience preferred
Interest or experience in affordable housing, public finance, securities, or real estate law
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
Proven reliability and professional demeanor in client interactions and internal communications
Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Strong academic credentials required
Admission to at least one . state bar (. bar preferred or willingness to obtain promptly)
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Strong analytical aptitude, particularly in finance, mathematics, or economics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Superior organizational skills and close attention to detail
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication abilities
