Advice to law firm management:
The workplace culture changes constantly. There are always projects going on to change processes and roles. If you are not comfortable with changes, this Law Firm may not be suitable for you.
Pros:
Work culture, management and job advancement was great. The attorneys were a lot nicer than some other firms I've worked at. The culture was very positive and always someone was there cheering me on and boosting my confidence.
Cons:
Pay is not the best and at the best I can say it is somewhat below average. One more thing I want to point out that pay raises are not equal.

Advice to law firm management:
If there were a greater sense of Teamwork here I think people would pull together more. It would strengthen the results at the end of the day.
Pros:
This firm was a wonderful place to work for someone who is fresh out of college. It has a feel of being driving and supporting employees when given new tasks. There was an upbeat pace to the whole office that really motivates you.
Cons:
Deadlines were very strict and short. I had to give up a lot of weekends to get tasks done on time and was left without any help most of the time.
