Close down as you are truly the worst example of an advocte any consumer in your feild of work.

What did you not like about this institution?
Marc Pacin is highly unprofessional and runs his offices based on fear and intimidation. He has cameras over every employees desk. Often times he will come out of his office with a barrage of insults and profane laced insults, constanly threatening to fire everyone. In addition to his unprofessioalism an classless demeanor. he often will without evwn trying to settle a clients case with the insurance companies he will rush to file a lawsuit , because this jacks his fee to 40% and often time the settlement is within what the insurance companies would settle presuit. Additionally his office manager janet is truly unprofessional and a all around horrible person. she causes a lot of internal Firm conflicts, as she often taks behind other employees backs. The short of it DO NOT , I REPAT DO NOT USE THIS FIRM for your case, only if you like having bottom feeding lawyer whose only care is his bottom line. I have been in the personal injury feild for over 26 years now and trust me when I advise you to steer clear from these pathetic excuses for professionals.

Pay the people less who don't work hard or fire them.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This place is truly the best. I have worked at several law firms over the years and how this place took care of their employees during the pandemic is a real testament of how much they care to see us succeed.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are some people here who give the appearance that they are doing good work, but they have bad attitudes. They complain and act like the grass is always greener on the other side. But it's obvious those people are failures in life.
