Advice to law firm management:
Perfect place for a lawyer that wants to litigate but also wants to live in Ohio. Otherwise you will not be a good fit at this law firm. It is a national law firm but one with a large presence in one state.

Pros:
This is a great place if you want to practice law in the state of Ohio. They handle all kinds of litigation claims from small personal injury to large class actions. They also have a great business law side that does all kinds of real business law for people and companies in the State.

Cons:
They are much focused on one state and have a large presence in Ohio, but not so much everywhere else. Sometimes this focus can limit the area of practice. So you really need to want to stay in the state.
