Advice to law firm management:
I think more trust in interns will help lighten the work load a little on some cases and be beneficial for everybody at the firm.
Pros:
The superiors here always encourage a work environment that is all about helping each other out regardless of department. The work place is also very warm and has an atmosphere that makes it easy to work.
Cons:
The pay and benefits could be better, and the work load tends to be a bit much sometimes depending on the cases and clients.

Advice to law firm management:
Train your managers! Have a better work atmosphere, and people won't continue to leave. Give staff bonuses to make them feel appreciated. Care about your staff-- who really support the attorneys and get the job done!
Pros:
Affordable insurance.
Cons:
(New York/Westchester offices) Management only cares about the attorneys. Management does not have any managerial skills! Very undisciplined atmosphere. Overworked and underpaid. No bonus for assistants. Extremely heavy workload. A few nice people to work with, but mostly nasty and high school'ish. Very stringent rules from Philadelphia headquarters. Staff is a merry go round of people.
