What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should consider offering more learning opportunities. Management needs to do a better job of treating staff. The firm should offer staff the opportunity to advance their career based on their job performance.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A firm that offers an environment with many learning opportunities. The pay per hours is fair. Some of the workload gives you insight into some interesting information.
What did you not like about this institution?
The amount of work increases drastically during trial deadlines. The summer time internship program could use some help in training staff. Some of the management treats the staff with a lack of respect.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
5.Current Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat place to workLawyer in Miami, FLRecommendProsThe work is challenging and really interesting. It is a collegial environment that allows you to work independently. People who don't like the firm have really unrealistic ideas of law firms generally because this is one of the best firms I have worked at in Miami. When I have had concerns, they have been addressed. The benefits are pretty good.ConsRaises could be provided more frequently to reward good work. Bonuses should be paid at Christmas and in full rather then incrementally several months after year end. Also, the firm makes the mistake of treating all employees alike. Some are invariably better then others in terms of skills and/or effort and these associates should be rewarded.Advice to ManagementDon't treat all employees as if they are the same people. They are not. Give more frequent raises. Give real year end bonuses.
