What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think something even as minute as a great rec area for the associates would do wonders since we all spend a lot of time at the firm. It may sound a bit unprofessional, but it's something I'm sure would lift some spirits during long cases.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is one of the best working environments I've had in my career. The atmosphere in the workplace is always positive with a lot of work available. The superiors put a lot of trust in the attorneys at the firm which makes for a positive atmosphere. My fellow associates also have no problem helping each other out. And I make sure to return the favor.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work load is sometimes a bit overwhelming, and there are long hours. I think for the most part, it is expected when you're at a firm with the reputation this one has. But it does wear on your sometimes.
