What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The snacks and coffee? The pay and benefits are just average or some might even say below average for the type of work we are doing.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the other Attorneys I work with are worthless. Jessica Dell is one of those Attorneys. She does not know how to practice law and I have no idea what she does at the firm. I do not even think she shows up for work every day. She does not go to court, she does not do depositions, she does not draft complaints, she does not draft motions or briefs and she does not talk to opposing counsel or co-counsel. You really cannot give her an assignment to work on because she does not know how to do anything. Whatever she does hand in is pretty worthless work product. She makes everyone else's job more difficult because she does not know how to do anything.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I guess that really depends on how well you get along with other people.

What did you not like about this institution?
Collude with clients to perform market manipulation . Because they are a law firm they can release statements saying they're a investigating a company on the stock market. Bearish news for a stock helping short hedge fund positions continue to drive down price on positions they are short on. Believe it or not, they're not the only law firm that partake in this shady practice.
