What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I signed up with them over 4 years ago for a class action lawsuit. I have had to chase them for information and found out that the benicar lawsuit was settled on line! That was almost 2 years ago and still have not received my settlement, nor have I heard one word from them. They don't answer their phone and when you leave a message they never return calls. They are terrible, unprofessional and I don't know how they stay in business. Communication is ZERO. No emails, phone calls or texts. Nothing. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Get rid of rude entry-level type employees. They're not doing your company any good!

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The senior staff sounds professional. They take TOO MUCH TIME to return calls.

What did you not like about this institution?
One of their case managers, Cassidy, is crude and discourteous. Receptionist does not give her name.
