I have no advice for this firm. Kennard knows he is dishonest and a narcissist. The Texas State Bar should discipline him in order to protect the public and the attorney profession.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A fish rots from the head down. I would not recommend this law firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Alfonso Kennard Jr. is the worst of this law firm. He is not honest and he is not a good attorney.

Avoid Alfonso Kennard Jr. Found guilty by a jury of DWI in 2018. Harris County. Four year delinquent on Harris County Property Taxes. Has a UCC lien against him in Eerie County NY for failing to pay a lender. Practice law while ineligible in Texas from 7-1-2020 through 7-23-2020 (Texas Bar is aware they have done nothing) Practiced law in Minnesota without a license and failed to cooperate with the Minnesota State Bar. He was disciplined. The Texas State Bar is aware. They will do nothing. I am including the above information as a warning to potential clients. If Kennard is incapable of handling his personal affairs then he cannot be trusted to handle your affairs. Ask Kennard how many legal malpractice lawsuits have been filed against him. Ask Kennard how many grievances have been filed against him with the Texas State Bar.

Don't take people's money and ignore them

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This company took a $5k retainer from me and then GHOSTED ME. I STILL CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYBODY. The only communication I have received is that they are 'closing my case' since nothing has happened. But they are not refunding my retainer after doing literally nothing. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY. If you want to work for a crooked employer and do shady busines, then they are for you.
