What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm is run by an immature spoiled brat who was left the firm by her daddy. That should tell it all. She rules by edict, cannot accept input, and stops around the dingy out of date office in her bare shrek like feet with ill fitting clothes and a foul mouth. Very professional. She tries to make up for her lack of experience by screaming as if the fact that she has a big mouth proves her point. SHe entrusts the running of the staff to a perosn who cannot relate to humans so spends her day playing with the cats that they allow to hang at the office. The cats are treated better than the workers.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Unless you are destitute and homeless and have no prospect or ever working anywhere there is no reason to work for these people.
What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a choice between a sharp stick in the eye and working here take the stick, you will thank me.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
If you are forced to interview for this horrible place ask why a firm that has been around 50 years does not have a seasoned attorney working there. What happended to all the lawyers when the little princess took over. Why the huge turno ver since she has embarked upon her regime.

Oh and pay is terrible, time off is in tune with 18th century practices. Benefits are sub par
Staff are told they should be excited they get a dime per hour raise. So work there a year and you could make $4.00 per week more. This sweat shop is completely out of touch with modern best employment practices. THey purport to handle employment discrimination cases but princess says things like suck a dick and if this is a dick measuring contest you better bring a strap on. Who does that

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing this firm is a complete disaster you have the boss who is supposed to stand up for her employees but instead she lets the supervisors treat others like shit. She allows the supervisors to make everyone that the supervisors dislikes feel small. You can’t ever bring any issues to the boss if it involves her best friend working there because nothing will be done for the same reason that they are her best friends. The employees there don’t matter unless you are part of the bosses clan.
What did you not like about this institution?
Everything you get miss treated all the time things aren’t ever right. They humiliate their employees you never know if you are doing something right because you get told 20 different ways how to do things and no one agrees with each other

Everyone in that office except for maybe 3 people. You have supervisors who act as if they were children slamming doors and screaming over nothing. Stuff like this happens multiple times and nothing ever gets done because those supervisors are part of the friend group with the boss. There is a lot of favoritism

Nothing there is nothing good about this place you work harder than a dog and you aren’t appreciated the employees get treated like shit everyday . You are better of working at McDonald’s than here .
