What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The staff would feel more motivated to work if the firm took on cases that were exciting. HR should host firm workshops or meetings to help close the line for the staff that dislikes collaborating.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
In comparison to other firms, this office in particular does an outstanding job of rewarding their staff with bonuses. The environment encompasses comfort and culture, and is very welcoming to new associates.
What did you not like about this institution?
When dealing with payment, you are only rewarded based on how hard you work. The work is varied, but stress that comes from working with not a not very welcoming staff makes it difficult.
