What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are very helpful senior lawyers and employees that will always offer some insight or help. You can learn a lot throughout the workplace with litigation corporate and it is beneficial learning that will help you in future endeavors. The employees are all humane people with proper respect and values. There aren't any cliques like in other places I have worked at.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a problem in the firm with the imbalanced workload, the employees are all relaxed and it seems to be very slow Paced work and it gets very boring. Throughout the workplace there is not sufficient salary based on work done. The employees are very biased and their opinions are all in tune to the main firm.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Understanding partnership track is difficult. The firm is small and it is unclear exactly what is expected of you in order to become partner.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm provides you with various opportunity to develop your career in a friendly and respectful environment. The firm also has a great mentoring program where you can learn about business development and shadow lawyers working on projects that you are interested in but not assigned.
What did you not like about this institution?
Due to the size of the firm, benefits are minimal. When I was there, there was no 401k and transit check program.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
There is only one partner and she has a good personality and empowers you to be a better attorney. There are no partners to avoid.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The managing partner is a nice and smart person. She is willing to answer your questions and also provides you with the freedom you need to learn as you work.
