A Great Firm That Cares About Its Staff on May 19, 2024 - Current Employee Mr. in San Francisco City,

Current Employee

Advice to law firm management:
I love working here, but some people take a little too much advantage of the casual atmosphere. I don't want to lose the great work environment, but maybe get it buckled down a bit before we all pay the price along with the slackers.

Pros:
This firm does what it can you make its workers happy. It's not often that you find a workplace like that. The work was basic work that I've done at any other firm, but the way they treated us as part of a team and had sponsored group events is something that everyone was gracious for.

Cons:
Like any other law firm, it can get hectic, chaotic and busy at times. This is something that is not really specific to this firm. You'll find this anywhere.
