What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to make sure that their associates are given the pay that they deserve. I also think promotions should be given out on at least a yearly basis to keep the firm competitive.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A very diverse staff with an expertise in different areas means that there was always someone there to help you when needed. I also found most staff members (especially senior level associates) to be very, very, friendly.
What did you not like about this institution?
The starting pay should be quite a bit higher for the kind of cases that this firm takes on. On top of that, promotions are seldom given out which was a huge problem for me.
