What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Ideally, I would like to see promotions handed out to more associates throughout the year as long as they deserve it. I would also like to see us continue to take on challenging high stakes cases.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everything is great at this firm. The starting pay is top notch, the benefits are top notch, and most importantly, everyone is very professional and helpful. The location of this firm is very close to where I live which is a huge plus as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
It feels as though there's not much room for personal advancement at this firm, but that could be because this firm takes giving out promotions very seriously.
