Advice to law firm management:
This firm needs to consider lightening up the work load if employees are feeling overworked. They could also hire more employees to take the stress off.

Pros:
I've been at this firm for 5 years now and don't have any plans on leaving soon. Management is absolutely great and they treat you just like family. They're always open to answer any questions or concerns you might have and have no problem teaching you about your job.

Cons:
This firm has a lot of hours which can feel draining at times. The weeks can be unexpected and some weeks we end up working 60 hours. It feels exhausting at times and I don't get to see my friends and family much.
