What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I don't know. The competition and high expectations seem to work pretty well for them. I have doubts about this strategy in the long-term, though. Ease up on the newer employees.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pretty standard stuff here: decent pay, decent benefits, opportunities to learn and grow and to network. Pretty nice location. Some interesting assignments.
What did you not like about this institution?
Pretty standard stuff here too: the atmosphere is competitive and it can be stressful to work here. They have high expectations and can come down pretty hard on employees who fall short of them.
