What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Even though it's a small complaint, I do think that maybe a short course on social interactions with clients and the community is something the firm can benefit from.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've worked for a few law firms in the past, but this has to be hands down the most professional one I have worked for. The associates I work with are some of the best and sharpest individuals I've had the pleasure of working with, in any field of work. The firm has a great reputation among the areas of law we practice. This explains the level of expertise that exists at the firm. I think this is a place where a lawyer who is passionate about their job, like me, will find it to be a great place to work to continue to challenge themselves.

What did you not like about this institution?
As great as the firm is when it comes to service, I do think that unfortunately, there is sometimes too much of an emphasis on the end goal of a case instead of trying to connect with the clients on a personal level. I don't think it is anything negative, but I do think that since we handle very sensitive cases sometimes, some associates need to do their best to also try to see the human side of some of the cases.
