Client expectations need to managed better. They seem to think we have supernatural abilities. Maybe some temporary staff could lighten the load every now and then.
Pros:
Some really nice people work here. Management doesn't micro-manage. Plenty of vacation time and pretty decent benefits. All told, it's a really fair workplace.
Cons:
There really is a lot of work to get done. It's unyielding. Deadlines, deadlines, deadlines. Not a lot of tolerance for falling behind and little help if you do.
