Advice to law firm management:
The leadership team needs to work on assimilating their recent acquisitions. The work environment as it stands now is too fractured to be a compelling place to work.

Pros:
This is a big firm with lots of upward mobility for a certain type of person. Not everyone will be successful here, of course, but there is ample opportunity for those motivated and hardworking associates who care to try.

Cons:
The firm feels very fractured after having acquired other law firms in the recent past. It feels as if there are multiple companies working under the same roof, rather than a cohesive team.
