What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Some of the work can get boring. Some of your employees will work better and provide better results when they are given a challenge.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people I worked with at this firm were really friendly and everyone worked together as a team. There was a semi-casual atmosphere at the company, and the staff understood on the occasions when I'd have to work around family.
What did you not like about this institution?
Working there could get boring and monotonous at times. It seemed that there was no chance at any upward mobility with this firm.
