Advice to law firm management:
Keep working towards promotions as new hires sometimes do get them. As long as you complete your workload and don't derail from it you should be fine. It's a great firm.

Pros:
It's a splendid firm that pushes your intellect and really tests your knowledge of the law. It's filled with an orderly staff that makes sure you receive the work you're supposed to. The firm is modestly large so you do have a plentiful workload to keep yourself busy throughout the day. The office space is large enough so that you don't feel cramped and overall it's great to work here.

Cons:
Growth within the firm is hard to come by as it is a large firm. You'll be waiting some time, as others have been here for years. This doesn't take away from the fact that this firm is great to work for. It's a pleasant experience through and through.
