What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm can improve by announcing a public maricopa and reveal to the public a changed resolve of morality and commitment to unwavering character that makes this nation different than any other.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A fact is going viral that this firm is basically what I would deem to be a "Frivolous Suit" factory. On some of the stocks which they, like ambulance chasers, have been illegally soliciting without sufficient evidence is Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. I purchased, albeit small, approximately 700 shares of the stock under the exact same conditions that this firm has prematurely deemed "fraudulent misrepresentations". This is a common ploy of such firms. Their intention is to pressure the company to cave-in to settlement pressure (Cost/Benefit Analysis). Investors beware that this is a form of committing fraud upon the court. Over the past 5 years it has been a method to commit what most law makers now see as a means to commit theft and grand larceny by the attorneys by using the federal court system. In a clever and concerted effort by lobbying state and federal lawmakers this firm is one of many that, when challenged in a counter-suit for fraud that includes the attorneys themselves , is able to fraudulently invoke "attorney -immunity". This firm will claim like others that that they can legally make false statements in court and in pleadings so long as it is in their role of acting as an attorney for the client(s). You investors who fall for their solicitation are the "clients" but their actions are no different that engaging in theft, grand larceny, and racketeering.

What did you not like about this institution?
As a law student about to sit for the Bar exam these the above constitute the reasons I would never work for this firm that represents the opposite doctrine of the American Bar Association protecting the precepts of integrity.

All major partners and associates. The cleansing must start not only at the top but also at the bottom.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
That it started out trying be available for investors who truly are victims. However, to accomplish a true turnaround, morality needs to be re-invoked. In the practical sense try doing a "Vince Lombardi". Get your partners, junior partners, and associates gathered and start with "this is a foot ball". SPECIAL DISCLOSURE: I was never an employee at this firm but in order to get any kind of feed back to this firm it is requiring me to place an employment date. Therefore those items are filled in because your firm provides no other internal means to provide you with this prediction that the defendants will most likely counter your efforts with the truths that I just now submitted. Those items are erroneous only to facilitate getting this transmission and opinion to you.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Absolutely nothing.

What did you not like about this institution?
I hired this firm to be a divorce lawyer for me and it felt like he was on the side of my ex more than myself. I fired them immediately and will never use them again. After I fired them he made nasty comments about myself and women in general. I’d suggest getting a public attorney over these clowns.
