Salary & Benefits

Salaries at Proskauer are based on a set lockstep system. Starting salary ranges from $110,000 to $160,000, depending on the office. Salaries in the Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Los Angeles offices match New York market salaries, which is $160,000 per annum. But other centers have lower salaries.

Besides market-comparable salaries, the firm provides four weeks of annual vacation, which can roll over with management approval. Birth parents who are the primary caregivers receive up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave, while secondary caregivers receive up to four weeks of paid leave.
