Advice to law firm management:
I would say that you need to be good at office politics and always maintain your reputation at the workplace. You can get promotions if you are good at pleasing the management.

Pros:
I worked here for a little over 5 years as an attorney and the experience was satisfactory. Compensation is at par with other law firms. Good amount of work is available and you can choose projects/cases based on your taste.

Cons:
The work ethics in this firm is really poor and everybody try to leverage the opportunity even if it comes at any cost. I also felt that promotions were characterized by nepotism instead of merit.

Advice to law firm management:
Give the people more money, and energize the place. I think more energy involved with create an energized place would help a lot.

Pros:
Worked here for 8 years and have learned a lot within the place. The team as a whole is great and very fun to be around.

Cons:
I think the pay is on the lower scale of things, and sometimes the energy surrounding everyone is low.
