Advice to law firm management:
I think the leadership team is doing a great job. Keep showing your associates you care on a regular basis and everyone will profit.
Pros:
This is simply a great place to work. The training and mentoring program is top notch, and it's obvious that leadership really cares about the wellbeing of their employees. The work/life balance and general work environment here are fantastic.
Cons:
It's very hard to find something to dislike about this firm. Communication about strategic matters that relate to the firm could be a bit better.

Advice to law firm management:
Give people at least some of their money so they wontvrun to the feds. I'm glad I didn't get thrown under the bus, the harris beach lawyers blamed it on the paralegals.
Pros:
Harris Beach Attorneys were stealing people's lawsuit money so I resigned to stay out of trouble with the feds.
Cons:
They got themselves into more trouble than what it's worth. I'm glad I resigned was ahead of time before the feds rated their offices.
