Advice to law firm management:
Actually collect and submit your clients doctor information! Show your clients everything you’ve collected weeks before the trial so they can tell you if you’ve missed anything. Which in my case SO MANY DOCTORS WHERE MISSING! I spent hours on the phone with y’all just to find out after my court case yall hadn’t done the job I hired you to do. How is a judge suppose to know my case if yall aren’t collecting my doctor information. It’s so unprofessional.

Pros:
None.

Cons:
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I worked with bill gordon for close to 3 years. I would call after every single doctors appointment. between 1 and 5x per week!(sometimes more) They told me I had one of the largest case load with all of the evidence I had provided. But when it was time for the judge to make a decision she oddly did not award my case and was extremely short with me. Almost like she didn’t have the full picture and I was wasting her time cause I’m 32. I asked for my paperwork and what was actually presented to the judge (I had never seen what they had collected and trusted that every time I called in they were doing the necessary work to collect doctors notes and build my case) … bill gordon somehow DIDNT even have half of my paperwork or notes from doctors. Physical therapist where missing, mental health professionals where missing, every time I visited a med clinic was missing. It was an awful experience. My lawyer, Susan Landgraf, didn’t know my case at all and really gave me know assurance that she’d fight or win this case for me. She decided last minute as well to strike some of my most supportive evidence to make it “easier” for her and the judge. It was an awful belittling experience… that has sent me mentally spiraling for over a month. And now I have to find another lawyer to appeal federally so that I can get the correct, full load of evidence to a judge. Save yourself a lot of time and heart ache and just steer clear of Bill Gordon.
