What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should try to encourage a more welcoming and warm atmosphere when it comes to how it treats clients. It feels more like the status quo as of now but it could be better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm was able to provide me with any sources I needed for cases I was working on. The superiors also do their best to make sure that they keep an open line of communication with their associates and subordinates. The pay and benefits are good.
What did you not like about this institution?
One of the issues I can say about the firm is that there doesn't seem to be a welcoming nature in how the lawyers that work here approach clients and their cases. While we don't take care of any fields of practices that would heavily depend on comforting clients, it would still be nice to be able to build strong relationships with clients that go beyond just professional services.
