What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Something that I'd recommend to the leaders of the law firm is to do more to promote within. There's not really much that is making me want to stick around after I finish school. Perhaps some kind of promotion based on education could help a lot.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I applied here through a career fair that was hosted at my school. I felt it was a great way to get my foot in the door as I get my law degree. It's been great. I make decent money (more than most of my peers). I also learn a lot of through real life situations which will pay dividends after I get my law degree and want to start my own firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't really much room for improvement for myself currently. I'm kind of being held back through school and my lack of experience and degree. I feel that this could be a great place to work for if you're looking for something in law, however as a student - it's not somewhere I'd like to stay after I graduate.
