Advice to law firm management:
Show employees that you appreciate what they do for the business. Have some luncheons or even get-togethersafter work is done.
Pros:
Everyone here has been very kind and great to get to know. I have had lots of questions that have always been answered.
Cons:
It can get stressful at times, but that comes with the territory of the business. It is something that takes some getting used to.
