Advice to law firm management:
Management needs to do a better job when new people join the firm. They should be made especially welcome and included in the group much easier to ease the comfort level of the new employees.
Pros:
Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday is one of the top firms to work for in this area. The firm is almost like a family and acts as a close knit group, which can be daunting at first but creates a really warm working atmosphere. Management truly cares about the workers and their well-being. They give you room to grow in the firm.

The law firm is already a great environment. Please continue to improve work processes so that we can continue to be efficient as possible with our jobs.
Pros:
The atmosphere at BBS&G makes it a great place to work . The culture is a happy/ family oriented work place that is very productive. The law firm invests in its employees and gives merits to all of its motivated/ hard workers. We have group Friday lunches, happy hours, holiday events, community involvement opportunities and more.
Cons:
The law firm is fast-paced. You are constantly learning and have opportunities to add more skills to your resume. If you do not like a fast-paced environment, then you will not succeed here.

The environment is diverse and their is a sense of community. The Partners appreciate its staff and is always actively trying to improve the law firm.
Favorite Things About this Firm:
Partners and associates are down-to-earth and show appreciation to their staff. I really like how everyone comes together to complete projects. If someone is busy with another project or is having a "bad day" there is always another staff member to step in and help. I appreciate that the Partners understand and respect having a work-life balance.
