Advice to law firm management:
This firm needs to have better organization and proper management. Management needs to be open to suggestions so they can improve their business. Otherwise they will fall behind.

Pros:
This firm had good benefits. You get health and dental as well as a good starting salary. The firm was fine when I first started. Management was also helpful when it came to training.

Cons:
Management is all over the place most of the time. You made suggestions or bring up issues in the firm and they'd simply brush you off. Technology is outdated and the way they treat staff at times is unfair.
