What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management start to hire a few more staff members to help out so that we do not get backed up as often. I would then like to see management put in place some preventative measures that would help prevent my fellow co-workers from losing their temper when the case they are working on does not go their way.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay is excellent, overtime opportunities are plentiful, the cases are almost always very intense and very interesting, and everyone takes their work very seriously.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are times in which some of the attorneys can get a really bad attitude because they take their cases a little bit too personal. I would prefer if we had a few more hands around the office to help us out when it's crunch time.
