Took $30,000.00and 2 years to have the judge rule statute of limitation had passed. I was charged for preparation of jury selection 1 month after the judges ruling. Cases are farmed out locally to inexperienced lawyers working out of their field of expertise. I believe any review that refers to "Alex" is paid for.No one ever speaks to Alex Hernadez and seldom if ever, speaks to the lawyer representing you. FLEE FROM THESE MONEY GRABBING EVIL PEOPLE!

I was used for 10K and then they dropped me from being a client and claimed I wasn't paying the bills.. They charged me duplicated charges 90% of the time and when I complained they sent Threatening letters to me.. They sent Motion to Withdraw To the court numerous times and this week was the week that it was granted.. All of the lawyers lie.( [E.SMITH, K.KNEEDLER,C.SOWERS,PHILIP SIMPKINS ETC... This has been the worse experience in life to have a firm that suppose to represent you but only to get leached and not 1 damn thing accomplished.( I'm sure they will reply with a comeback but I have the messages,emails and all .. Please stay away from this firm.. Hell 3 of the attorneys has left the firm in 1 year... Rhis firm is like a warranty company that hire people just to get them experience and bring in money but really don't do the work.

Actually, start being attorneys and doing your job. I am honestly looking up how to file a grievance complaint with the state bar against this law firm and especially every attorney I have worked with from this firm. Because all of you should be disbarred for the fraud you are perpetuating against people.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The attorneys employed by this firm at least seem to know what they are talking about when it comes to the law.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is very little good to say about this firm. They will be quick to contact you when they see you need legal counsel and say contact us for a consultation. They will make sure you get a consultation with a senior partner real fast and then call you every day 2 or 3 times a day asking if you have had a chance to review their engagement proposal about retaining their law firm. Once you do it will take them 2 or 3 weeks to even assign an attorney to your case and that's only if you hound them every other day about when an attorney is going to get assigned to your case. After that they will file whatever, initial filings need to be made in order to get the case into a holding pattern where there are no immediate hard deadlines to respond to. After that there will be ZERO action taken on your case. It will sit in limbo for 8 months to a year or even longer while they take no action on your case your attorney will not respond to your communications, and even when you directly ask your attorney for legal advice they will not respond. You will be charged for 3 different attorneys to sit down and have a "strategy meeting about case" that lasted all of 6 minutes, and you will hear nothing from the law firm about this supposed "strategy meeting" you will only become aware it even took place when you see it on your bill. When you contact the law firm to complain about no communication from your attorney and no action being taken on your case, they will tell you that your message is being forwarded to the management team. It will take you a month before you know any action has been taken to address your complaint. It won't be because anyone from the management team actually contacts you, it will be because you have to hound them every week for a month straight for some kind of answer or response and you will find out what's going on because your new attorney will reach out to you in order to find out what's going on with your case. Thats right they will change the attorney out mid case without even consulting with you about it or even telling you about it. By the way they will charge you for all their internal communications with each other about what to do in regard to your complaint about them not taking ANY action on your case. You will also get charged for the conversation required to bring your new attorney up to speed on what your case is about, what's been done with it, and what you're hoping to get from the end result of the case. Because since they have actually taken no real action on your case, they don't have any notes to even share that might explain these things. But it will not get any better here. Your new attorney will tell you that they are preparing motions in your case but never actually do anything, they will call you drunk at some point and attempt to "discuss and work" on your case while they are completely intoxicated and unable to carry on a coherent conversation. (Oh, and you will get billed for that drunken conversation as well just FYI). Eventually this attorney will move into just responding to your communications either and here you are a year later with no action taken on your case but man they sure do make sure to bill you for ALL kinds of things they are "doing" that still somehow equal to no tangible progress or action being taken on your case. This law firm is a scam, there is no better way to put it. Every attorney working for this firm should be disbarred for defrauding people.

This Hass to be the poorest ran law. Firm I have ever had to deal with an act. Give money to nobody will answer your phone calls. Nobody will follow up with you. The best of the firm was the employees and administrative staff who are team players and worked their butts off.

The WORST OF THE FIRM was THE MANAGEMENT AND the theft of administrative staff, paralegal and attorney wages with thousands still owed for work completed. Also the THEFT of client retainers where clients are conned into signing a contract and paying a retainer with the firm having no attorneys to work the cases and performing no services for client's and refusing to refund the retainer.

Since Mr. Hernandez has taken over I see a change already, too bad there was thousands of cases now and I don't see how he can handle these alone.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
What I know as an employee of the firm is that there were two divisions, one run by Gary Magnuson and John Tinder getting their leads through LegalMatch and a bunch of "Of Counsel" and the other Mr. Hernandez' solo practice. The Legal Match team was badly managed and run to the ground leaving Mr. Hernandez with hundreds of cases he has been handling since the deception unfolded. The solo firm has always been about helping people, getting justice, going to trial and getting done what is right in the legal world. The other, just a ploy to take money from others, in my opinion. The best of the firm has always been Mr. Hernandez way of doing things, a humble man from a small town with small town values and empathy for everyone. His background speaks for itself. I know that the divisions were done to make sure things didn't get mixed, the name is different, the addresses different, the management different. I am just praying Mr. Hernandez gets out of this mess that the previous managers left.

What did you not like about this institution?
The Legal Match team was just a case mill and for former management to line pockets. No empathy, no sympathy, just a number. I think this is changed though.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The Law Firm is an internet scam scheme. You will your pay them 975.00 retention fee. They will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for your case but play telephone TAG . "Attorney" Melissa will contact you and pretend to take notes on your case. Trust me they are Trying to get you to pay the NON-REFUNDABLE retention fee. I tried to Small Court them but guess what their business address is fraud also. Pass the word these people are TOTALLY FRAUDULENT. Alex R Hernandez PLLC Crooks

Handling case transfers now from Law Offices of Gary Magnuson and Legal DNA LLC to ARH Consulting LLC and it's been hectic but ARH is handling well. Very good team to work for now.

What did you not like about this institution?
The previous management, client issues because of the volume of clients the previous managers took in to the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really don't have anything good to say about this law firm. I hired them to help with my custody case and immediately regretted my decision. They took my money and didn't do much after that.

What did you not like about this institution?
My attorney didn't have time for my case and even expressed that in a text message to me. I ended up ending services with the law firm and signed a settlement agreement with them back in January that they refuse to pay. I have filed a small claims suit against them and struggle to provide for my girls as the firm owes me over $2,000 dollars. They block your number and refuse to answer where your money is. I never even received my unused retainer back. Please don't ever use this law firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I consulted with this law firm on 01/28/23. I was required to put 2,500 in escrow For them to start working on my case. It is now 10/21/23. 9 MTHS LATER AND NOTHING!! Just gone!!! No emails, no calls, no text, no mail. I sent three emails one through their website email and two through Texas bar association request to break ties with their frim. Not to mention the other emails I sent, and calls that went directly to their answering service. Last time anyone i spoke to anyone from this frim was April when informed I was calling the Corpus Christi location. I needed to call the Austin location only to find out "the Lawyer working on my case, quit firm and the Judge said we defaulted" on my child modification case. Never went to court nor received anything info on my case from anyone. Still to this day. I disputed the charge with credit card. Got my money back. 30 days later their frim reversed the charge so I am out my $$.

GHOSTED AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!

Alex has taken over the practice meticulously and trying to help 1000 clients and I commend him, he is a grateful and caring and empathetic human being and boss man. What Gary Magnuson did to him is unimaginable. It is unbelievable. I hope he and John Thickett gets their day in court with the Feds.

Alex has done all what he possibly can with all of these cases and all of his handling of all of this problem some cases it matters without getting paid. Gary Magnuson took the money and ran like a coward, unbelievable, just unbelievable. we are standing by Alex side as employees, as contractors as helpers and will continue to help him. He’s done an amazing job.

I give Alex five stars for what he has done over the past year after Gary Magnuson basically destroyed the law firm, destroyed the practice, destroyed his reputation and almost ruined his complete career. The reason why i spelled attorneys the way i did is because they will take turns defrauding you out of money. THEY gouge and lie and team up with the opposing counsels to make a deal that will prevent deeper litigations... I compare the firm to a Home Warrany. The warrany company receives techs that has no experience and put them out on their own to fix home issues only to F-Them over. The law firm does the same thing.. Get a drunk, someone that's blind to handle life altering cases and then they already have a relationship with the TEXAS STATE BAR, So when you file against them they will win.. They defrauded me out of $16,500.00 and the state bar clapping their hands to it all... #SHAME SHAME SHAME
