What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be more room for advancement at this firm if they want to continue to hold onto new staff members. I also think that they should be a little bit more lenient in regard's to when you are allowed to leave work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay was truly exceptional. I also really enjoyed the fact that there was always something to work on to keep me occupied during the work day.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is a lack of flexibility in terms of determining what hours you can come in to work and leave work. I also felt as though there was not much upwards mobility at this firm.
