Advice to law firm management:
Open up more positions to keep older workers there, that way they don't have to move to other firms to continue the great work they are doing.

Pros:
Working there was a great stepping stone in my career. I met a lot of lifetime colleagues and learned a lot of things to further my career.

Cons:
Allow others to move up into other positions so that they stay and do more work for and with the firm. This will keep more veteran employees from leaving.
