What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Offering better monetary rewards for associates who work on some of the more important cases that require more hours can helpto motivate some associates.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a large firm that has all the resources one needs as an attorney to succeed. I am able to do my job in a healthy environment that is motivating. I also have great associates that are willing to help. And management also is proactive with their involvement in cases.
What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a flaw here it is that the pay and bonuses could be a little better, but it's a minor issue.
