What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management hire some attorney's that have been in the field for 20+ years to make this firm a little bit less competitive. I would also like to see more attorneys hired so that overtime is not mandatory.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is very professional at this firm and expects the best out of you. Most of the associates tend to be very helpful and will work around the clock if you need additional help.

What did you not like about this institution?
Overtime is expected of most associates which can really drain you after a few weeks working at this firm. I also found the atmosphere to be a little bit too competitive for me.

This firm is incredible. The firm has great values and all the staff live the values every day. It's like a big family.

What did you not like about this institution?
There really isn't anything to say negative about Neeley Law Firm. The work is challenging, but very rewarding. I love working here.
