Advice to law firm management:
The morale really needs a boost here. Many of these sour people don't love what they are doing. Hire more people that are passionate about their work.
Pros:
I was able to practice and engage in some very challenging work. There were a lot of opportunities to travel for job related seminars and retreats.
Cons:
There are several groups within this firm with bad attitudes. Many firms will have their bad seeds, but these were entire groups that had such a negative outlook. I dreaded being around some of these people.

Advice to law firm management:
Management needs to be in the office more to evaluate as situations occur during business hours that can put a negative impact on the morale/atmosphere of working environment.
Pros:
You get alot of holiday's off, PTO accrued, and management is flexible with making up time if coming in late is needed as long as you don't abuse it.
Cons:
There's no room for advancement.

Summer associate program
Our summer program is designed to provide law students with a well-rounded experience both personally and professionally. We have structured the summer program to provide a broad experience that reflects life as an associate at the Firm. Summer associates will learn how to practice law by working with experienced lawyers on complex matters for our clients. Summer associates will attend client meetings, trials, depositions, hearings, and negotiations. In addition to litigation experience, our summer associates are given the opportunity to assist with various complex business transactions.
Like a newly hired associate, summer associates will be assigned a mentor who is available to answer questions and help guide them through the summer program. The summer associate review process is similar to our associate review process. Each summer associate's work is reviewed and constructive feedback is provided.
