Advice to law firm management:
I think some clarification on some disputed guidelines would clear up the few issues that entry level staffers have.
Pros:
Winterbauer & Diamond PLLC was a very exciting and interesting place when I first started here. The atmosphere is very relaxed while still being work-oriented.
Cons:
A bit more emphasis on being clear about the details of certain projects would help a lot in figuring out how to go about my day.
