What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make employees feel needed and wanted. Create incentives for those that work harder than the rest and show that you appreciate that. Job security is a must; make it happen.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff is very helpful and friendly, which was great when I worked at Ingerman Smith. I like the location near the highway.
What did you not like about this institution?
Management is biased to some specific staff and gives them special treatment. Job security doesn't exist, and there is no real potential for moving up in the firm.
