Advice to law firm management:
An additional formal mentorship program for more youthful partners would be useful. The law firm is great but it would be great to have a more opportunistic view of everyone in the law firm and offer expansion to create a better workplace. Offer a clearer view of how to earn maximum potential in the workplace and what you can do to help them out to become more efficient as well.

Pros:
The The group environment is very inviting and helpful when starting new. The advantages and benefits are dynamite, particularly the medical coverage for an individual and the other benefits as an employee are definitely nice. Hours are sensible for a firm of its size. The salary is competitive and very beneficial.

Cons:
The There is not much opportunity to expand in the workplace and you can becomea sitting duck. The other lawyers treat you unfairly. There is a lot of mediocrity and just flat out laziness throughout the workplace which gives it a bad reputation. The firm does not offer any type of internship or mentorship program to expand and get better at your skills.
