What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be training for employees that do not know how to behave respectfully in the law firm setting. Management should work on learning new styles and techniques to better execute plans in the firm to increase productivity.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm has created an environment in which it offers some benefits. The law firm is full of facilities that are composed of great people.
What did you not like about this institution?
The way the firm operates is a form of a corporation. Management does not do a decent job of implementing organization for plans. Some of the employees are hard to work with because they do not possessany value for maturity.
