Advice to law firm management:
Turn down the notch on the expectations so we can keep some of the best employees that we have instead of losing them.

Pros:
The pay is great and management keeps everything going smooth and the clients coming in.

Cons:
I think a more jovial type of attitude could be injected into the firm, to keep turnover lower.
