What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
As the environment is demanding so achieving deadlines can be challenging. You need to work hard in order to please your supervisors at this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The time I spent at Perkins Coie LLP was characterized by an enormous amount of learning and hard work for exceptional managers and clients. I was continually challenged to stretch into new roles and felt valued by leaders. The Management expects the best but they compensate accordingly and provide benefits on par with that. So I must say that excellent pay and excellent benefits.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work is demanding and considers necessary trade-offs with other priorities. Work culture is very professional and sometimes the most mundane tasks are like complying with law.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm should get rid of early Fridays and have more consistent hours during the week so employees don't feel burnt out.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a fun atmosphere and people get along really well. I also like that every week we get out of work early so we can see our family and friends.
What did you not like about this institution?
The issue with getting out early on Fridays is that the rest of the week is usually very busy. Some days we work more than 12 hours and I am simply exhausted when I come home. I like the early day but would rather have a more consistent work week.
