Treat EVERY member as if they are your multi million dollar client. Stop "phoning in" your efforts, make sure you do what you say you will do, and that clients are actual satisfied w your efforts, and performance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Ever since mr Ross passed, the treatment of my members from this law firm have been nothing short of disrespectful and un helpful.

What did you not like about this institution?
Not providing help clearly stated that it is available under the membership, treating LGBTQ+ members unequally, being dismissive to members concerns, lackluster attention to concerns, poor treatment of my members.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Pretty much all of them at this point.
