Advice to law firm management:
I would say that there should be an HR department that deals with the staff complaints. Otherwise, the attorneys are still dealing with staff drama and nothing is getting solved.

Pros:
The environment is perfect. The attorneys are always willing to help the staff understand problems and are willing to help in any way to foster interest in law. The attorneys and the staff will mentor anyone who wants and is willing to be mentored. The whole firm values learning and improving.

Cons:
There are some staff members that are picked for favors and get the benefits even without doing any of the work. The attorneys will often look over problems because of who they involve or won't take them as seriously as they should.
