What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Incompetent management should be improved. The firm has potential to grow if they can eliminate the cons mentioned above. Also, do not allow a lot of money to recruit employees just to throw them away later.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The recruitment here allows employees to have a good pay. I love this part of the job. The numbers of good cases are another good aspect.
What did you not like about this institution?
I have observed poor communication between employees and clients here. Sometimes the employees feel disregarded, which is not good.

It was a smaller firm with a ton of white, male engineers who became patent attorneys. This could make the culture a bit fratty. However, the firm did a lot to try to mitigate that by bringing in women and minorities.
